  1. Competition Period
    The competition opens on Thursday 4th September and closes at 11:59pm Wednesday 23rd of September. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
  1. Who Can Enter
    The competition is open to people under 18 years old. 
  1. How to Enter
    Entrants must submit via email to entertainment@kelmscottshow.com.au their own drawing/design of their dream firework display by completing and returning the competition form in full. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  1. The Prize
    The winner will receive:
    • The opportunity to have their firework display design brought to life at the Kelmscott Agricultural Show 2026 firework display.
    • 2 Day Family Pass
    • $50 Show Bag Voucher
    • $50 Meal Voucher
    • Attend the Presidents Function as a VIP, which will include the launching of the 2026 Fireworks Spectacular Show
  1. Firework Display
    The final firework display will be designed and delivered by the show’s appointed professional fireworks company. The winner’s drawing will be used as inspiration and the final display may differ from the original design due to safety, technical, legal or practical requirements.
  1. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected by a judging panel made up of the Kelmscott Agricultural Show Committee and Cardile Fireworks and the decision of the judges will be final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging decision.
  1. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the details provided with their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
  1. Prize Conditions
    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The prize is subject to availability and any necessary safety or legal requirements.
  1. Originality
    Entries must be the entrant’s own original work and must not contain material copied from another person or third party.
  1. Use of Entries
    By entering, entrants agree that the organisers may display, photograph, reproduce or share their entry for promotional purposes relating to the competition and the agricultural show.
  1. Safety
    The organisers and professional fireworks provider reserve the right to modify or adapt any aspect of the winning design where necessary to comply with safety requirements, legislation, venue restrictions or professional advice.
  1. Changes to the Competition
    The organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition or prize where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
